Pastor Arlie and Wendy Whitlow
Arlie and Wendy have been married for 25 years and have had the privilege of serving in full time ministry together for over two decades. Arlie is from Northern Virginia, and Wendy is From Tulsa, OK. They met in Tulsa wile attending Oral Roberts University. Together they have 5 beautiful daughters, and one son.
Over the years they have had the opportunity serve in a variety of ministry roles, from leading worship, directing choirs, missions, summer camps, and youth ministry. In 2019 God put a vision in their hearts to start a new church in Jacksonville that would be a spiritual family, a place of connection for those far from home.
While in full-time ministry, Arlie received a Masters in Practical Theology from Regent University and a Doctorate of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is passionate about communicating God's Word and applying it to everyday life. Wendy earned her Masters in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University, and she is the founder and director of Roots Academy.
